Momentum Drilling Fluids LLC uses text messages (SMS) for operational communications only — for example, notifying our own employees of new material orders, giving customer field personnel status updates on their orders and deliveries, and coordinating orders and pickups with our suppliers. We send texts only to people who have opted in: employees through our internal operations application (MudHub), customer personnel through our field application (FluidPulse) or by written or keyword consent, and suppliers through their account settings with us or by written or keyword consent. We collect the mobile number provided for this purpose. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are used only to send these messages and are never sold. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; all other sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
